Who am I?

My name is Dallas Stump and I started my career in the late 90's when the internet was just becoming a communication tool. In those days I worked mainly in the hardware side of computers building networks, and desktops/servers. As time progressed and plug and pray truly became plug and play for components; I made the switch to Systems Administration. I have worked for several fortune 100 and 500 organizations over the years to include federal goverment agencies. As I rose through the ranks of Systems Administration and Operations Management. I became interested in software development.

Learning to code became my passion. Today in my current job I have a large development staff that I manage as well as operations of critical systems supporting the business mission. Being technical and able to develop in multiple languages provides me a unique capability to understand a customer's (Your) needs and then develop a solution (System if needed) around the problem.
